Abstract

Presentations and discussions with the Beaver County Court of Common Pleas, District Attorney’s Office, and Public Defender’s Office. Topics included DNA mixture evidence, current problems with interpreting mixture data, and how Cybergenetics TrueAllele® computer system overcomes human limitations. The relevance of misinterpreted DNA mixture evidence under PA Rule 403 was reviewed.
