DNA The Pennsylvania State Police Forensic Division developed DNA data from the evidence items.
Match Due to the complexity of the data, the crime lab was unable to draw conclusions from the DNA.
TrueAllele On the same data, the computer connected the underwear to David Norman with a match statistic of 9.29 thousand.
Cybergenetics    On April 17, 2018, Dr. Mark Perlin testified before an Allegheny county jury. DNA transfer was discussed.
Outcome The jury found Mr. Norman not guilty.
