Our topic this Spring is validating DNA mixture interpretation methods. We show how to establish the reliability of any method for interpreting DNA mixtures. Having such validated reliability is critical for science and the law. We report on a recent collaborative TrueAllele validation case study, and give testifying tips and a validation tutorial.
